We have selected the following races to participate in as a team for the upcoming triathlon season. Texas Triple Threat loves to support races by having a proud showing from our members. At these races we will have a gathering place near the finish line and bring beverages to enjoy after to celebrate our accomplishments. If it's a travel race, we will establish a block of rooms at a hotel we feel is reasonable in price and easy to access for logistics for the race. There will also be an opportunity to eat an early dinner together on the night prior to all the events. At local races, Texas Triple Threat will also line up a massage therapist, chiropractor, and other vendors complimentary to our team. Our members participate in many other races individually, but we want to have as much camaraderie as possible at the following races:
- New Orleans 70.3 - April 18, 2010 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- $25 discount if you register by mail and write "Texas Triple Threat" at the top of the paper form. Don't forget to subtract $25 from the total.
- A block of rooms has been arranged for us by Golden Adventures at the W Hotel for $159 a night. The information to reserve is available upon request.
- There are some good deals on airfare right now (American $154 and Southwest $144 roundtrip Friday 16 - Tuesday 20). Coach Kristen will be driving and taking a trailer to haul some bikes to the race. If you would like to reserve a spot, speak now or forever hold your peace. She will be leaving on Thursday (possibly early Friday morning) and returning on Tuesday. All bikes will need to be turned over to her by Wednesday April 14th.

- Metroplex Sprint Triathlon - June 12, 2010 in Grand Prairie, Texas
- We will need to turn the Ironhead Productions form in as a group. If we have 10 people racing, we receive $5 off. If we have 20 or more people racing, we receive $10 off. All forms will be due back to me by April 30th. We will be accepting cash only for this. If we get 20 or more people signed up, a refund of $5 will be mailed back to you.
