Monday Run

Meet in circle driveway in front of main pavillon.

Pace, time and distance will be guided by the group.  Pace groups are being planned for the future.

SAFETY IS ALWAYS OUR FIRST PRIORITY! 
Please wear light colored or reflective clothing so you are visible to automobiles.  A head lamp during the winter and spring months is helpful as well.  We have done our best to limit or eliminate exposure to traffic.  However running defensively and being visible is always a good call.

Wednesday Swim

Speed work and short sets.  Working on aerobic capacity and higher intensities.  Average work-out is 1400-2200 in length depending on the level of swimmer.  Technique work is still a focus even though work is done to increase the anaerobic threshold. Beginner to Advanced lanes available.  Coach always on deck. For questions please contact Coach Kristen.

Friday Swim

Endurance work and longer sets.  Focusing on technique, efficiency, and building base.  Average work-out is 1600-2500 in length depending on the level of the swimmer.  Drill sets are done at beginning of the work-out to instill habits. That emphasis is carried through-out the session. Sunday Ride

No drop ride. All levels of riders welcome.  First timers must check in with coach.  8 mile loop, 11 mile loop, 17 mile loop, and 25 mile loop mapped out.  Longer rides are also available.  A coach will ride with the beginner riders on the 11 mile loop.  When available, ride leaders will be present for the intermediate (16-19mph) and advanced (20+mph) level rides. Sunday Open Water Swim

Once a month March - October.  Secure swimming area.  Kayak and floatation devices present for safety.  Coaches in kayak as well as in the water.  Beginner swimmers must check in with lead coach.  Distances are 300 meters plus.  Possibility to work on beach and in water starts.
